Japanese encephalitis virus is the virus that causes Japanese encephalitis. Flaviviridae belonging to Arbovirus Group B. It is spherical, with a positive-sense single-stranded RNA core, an outer lipoprotein envelope and a glycoprotein-containing surface protrusion, and hemagglutinin in this protrusion. Japanese encephalitis is an acute central nervous system infectious disease caused by Japanese encephalitis virus. The disease is transmitted by mosquitoes, and virus-carrying humans and animals become the source of infection. After infection with JE virus, IgM antibodies first appear in the body, and then IgG antibodies appear. The determination of Japanese encephalitis virus (EPBV) antibody in serum is of great significance for early diagnosis of Japanese encephalitis
